Outreach
The Outreach and First Impressions Ministry wants to pave the way for the lost to be found in Christ and to show them the love of Jesus through our actions.
Heritage Outreach Teams provide non-threatening and fun environments through events and community projects where the unchurched can experience Jesus through Heritage. These teams include Dickens Village, the Adult Sports/Recreation Outreach Team and the Outreach/Servant Evangelism Team. Heritage First Impressions Teams provide a welcome and friendly environment for everyone who enters our church. These teams include the Welcome Center, Ambassadors, Ethos Cafe and the Go Team.

Guest Services Ambassadors
Be the reason a guest returns to Heritage Christian Church! Most guests decide whether they will return within the first few minutes. If you are friendly and outgoing, serving as an Ambassador is the place for you. Ambassadors greet or serve at the Welcome Center once a month on a rotation schedule.
Ethos Internet Café
The Ethos Internet Café offers opportunities for people to connect with one another, creating a warm and friendly Christian environment for our members and our guests. Train as an Ethos Barista and serve during Saturday or Sunday services or on Wednesday evenings on a monthly rotation.
GO Team
Be a part of the Ministry that is first to greet our visitors and members. The volunteers of the Go Team Parking Lot Ministry share a smile and welcome all that come to Heritage. They also help minimize the stress of parking and getting to and from the car to the Worship Center or the Brick. Volunteer Opportunities include Golf Cart Drivers and Traffic Control.
Outreach & Servant Evangelism
Servant Evangelism is a simple, straightforward approach to sharing God’s love in simple, practical ways. Outreach events give us a chance to reach out to our friends, family members, co-workers, and others with an invitation to come and see, and a chance to have a life-changing encounter with Jesus. Servant Evangelism projects include: July 4th Water Hand Out, Fall Candy Give Away, Elections, and Serving Ice Cream in Local Neighborhoods A few of our Outreach Events include: Concert Series, Single Parent Outreach, Friday Night Fun Nights, VBS, and C3 Day Camp.
Adult Sports and Recreation Outreach Ministry
The Adult Sports and Recreation Outreach Ministry desires to promote a non-threatening environment conducive to building relationships, providing fellowship and presenting the gospel. It is our goal to use sports/recreation as a means to promote an inclusive Christ-centered ministry, which strengthens people physically, spiritually, and socially.
